Are you an experienced Paralegal with a passion for family law? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and dedicated Paralegal to join the Family team at a highly regarded Legal firm in Guildford.The Role: As a key member of the Family Department, you’ll provide comprehensive secretarial support, ensuring the smooth running of the team. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting solicitors with divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases.
  • Drafting legal documents such as witness statements, court applications, and client correspondence.
  • Conducting legal research to support case preparation.
  • Managing client files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner.
  • Attending client meetings and court hearings where necessary.
  • Preparing trial bundles and assisting with case management.
  • Handling initial client enquiries and providing administrative support to the team
