Job Title: L&D Business Partner (Employee Engagement, L&D and Organisational Capability)Salary: £55,000 - £65,000Location: Guilford, Greater London.Hybrid: 2 days per week in office and 3 days WFH. JGA are partnering with a leading food and beverage retail business seeking an employee focussed and culture driven, L&D Business Partner to contribute to P&C strategy with a focus on Employee Engagement, L&D and Organisational Capability. Design and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
Collaborate with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content.
Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date.
Build strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders.
Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum.
Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.
Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed.
Shape leadership development strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
Oversee the Learning & Development budget.

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proven experience in team leadership.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity.
Background in content design and implementation.
Preferred: Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite
