Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established client based in Guildford, who are seeking a Sales Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for running various marketplaces and working closely with each brand to create and analyse sales reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise targeted advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales
- Continuously monitor and adjust ad strategies to improve conversion rates and sales performance
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure we’re aligned on strategic initiatives and promotions
- Ensure all brand messaging and product listings are accurate and engaging
- Manage inventory levels to ensure we have enough stock to meet demand
- Reconcile discrepancies between marketplace reports and our internal systems by raising cases, and compiling evidence to win reimbursements
- Research and identify new products that should be added to the portfolio based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis
- Monitor account metrics to ensure we are exceeding targets and maintaining a positive customer experience
- Drive growth in revenue and profitability
- Analyse sales data to track performance and identify opportunities
