As a Senior Anaesthetics Practitioner your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase.
- Supporting, coordinating, and assisting in the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Providing clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care.
- Leading patient care during specified periods.
- Ensuring patient safety checks are carried out according to policy.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Post-registration qualification relevant to the specialty.
- Approved/recognised anaesthetic course.
- ILS certification.
- Orthopaedic skills.
- Mentorship qualification.
- ILM3 qualification.
- Experience in an acute healthcare environment.
- Experience managing and leading a clinical team.
