Salary: 40,000 - 48,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplinary architectural practice who provide excellent services to large projects within the residential sector. They are actively looking for a Senior Architect to take the lead on a range of exciting projects and join their team in their new Guildford offices

To be successful for this role you will need to have a successful of organising the design process, liaising with clients and attending meeting with the consultant team. A Senior Architect will also need to have experience managing more junior team members when delivering relevant projects.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

ARB Registered
Strong project management and communication skills
Excellent commercial awareness and proficiency wit AutoCAD software
Live within a commutable distance of Guildford
Undertake feasibility layouts for up to 1000 homes as well as outlining planning applications
Produce Landscape plans that are focused on residential delivery
Undertake site visits and produce reports
Mentor more junior members of staff and carry out project tendering
