This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplinary architectural practice who provide excellent services to large projects within the residential sector. They are actively looking for a Senior Architect to take the lead on a range of exciting projects and join their team in their new Guildford offices

To be successful for this role you will need to have a successful of organising the design process, liaising with clients and attending meeting with the consultant team. A Senior Architect will also need to have experience managing more junior team members when delivering relevant projects.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB Registered
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Excellent commercial awareness and proficiency wit AutoCAD software
  • Live within a commutable distance of Guildford
  • Undertake feasibility layouts for up to 1000 homes as well as outlining planning applications
  • Produce Landscape plans that are focused on residential delivery
  • Undertake site visits and produce reports
  • Mentor more junior members of staff and carry out project tendering
