Deputy Manager - Supported Living (Guildford)
Salary: 15.83 per hour (+ overtime opportunities)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (every other weekend required)

Are you an experienced leader passionate about empowering adults with learning disabilities? We're seeking a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a person-centred service in Guildford, promoting independence and choice for clients.



Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality support for 3 independent adults (personal care not required), ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and engagement in meaningful activities.

Step up as Manager when needed, providing leadership for a secondary service (6 clients) and mentoring support staff.

Administer medication and assist with light household tasks, fostering a supportive yet empowering environment.

Maintain accurate records, manage rotas, and ensure compliance with care standards.

Collaborate with the Manager to implement individualised support plans, focusing on clients' goals and independence.


About You:

* Experience in supported living or social care (leadership experience desirable but not essential).

* Strong organisational and communication skills, able to balance hands-on support with managerial duties.

* Flexibility to work every other weekend and cover occasional overtime.

* A commitment to person-centred care, helping clients lead fulfilling lives.
