This outstanding school are looking for someone to join their team in this exciting new, multipurpose role, starting asap. The Key purposes for this role include:

To ensure the efficient Operation and administration of the school’s health & safetypolicy and procedure
To monitor compliance with statutory & legislative health & safety requirements
To act as primary first aider
To ensure the efficient Operation and administration of the school’s health & safety policy and procedures Medical Needs Policy
Monitor and promote compliance with the schools data protection,freedon of information and subject access request policies
Advise staff on data protection and information requests.
Develop and implement the School's Education Visits Policy
Support staff in the planning and organisation of education trips and visits

Specification

Minimum of C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English at least
Educational Visits Coordinator Training (can be provided)
First Aid Training including Asthma and Epipen (can be provided)
Ability to establish positive relationships with students and staff
Ability to demonstrate active listening skills
Ability to manage your own workload
Ability to work effectively and supportively as a member of the school team
Ability to work within and apply all school policies
Strong time management and organisational skills
Confident in the use of IT
Experience working in busy administative environments
Good knowledge of general Health and Safety requirements
Good knowledge and awareness of Data Protection laws
First Aid experience would be beneficial
