Our client is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Performance Lead to join their team in Guildford, West Surrey. The role involves working as a key member of senior team leading working on the implementation and management of the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) in order to meet the contractual requirements of the HAAS contract, as set out by the DWP. The role includes managing the team to achieve compliance, risk, and governance standards.You will be responsible for driving performance and maintaining high standards within the WCA team. The role requires
- NVQ level 4 or a degree in business administration, or similar qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role, including of managing a hybrid team
- Demonstrated background in administration
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive performance improvements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of WCA service delivery is desirable
- the ability to travel across different sites, therefore afull driving licence with access to a vehicle is required
