CMA HR Recruitment is assisting a fast growing business in Guildford, Surrey for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their well established team on a permanent basis.This is a varied role has arisen due to business growth and will be reporting to the HR Manager, supporting the smooth running of the HR department.What will the HR Advisor role involve?
- Support the HR Manager and Leadership Team to drive employee engagement objectives to ensure positive workplace culture.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and process HR documentation.
- Assisting with recruitment process, from advertising, interviewing and onboarding.
- Dealing with employee queries and support line managers with HR related matters.
- Manage ER caseloads, working closely with managers to coach and advise on performance /absence management and flexible working.Â
Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Experience working within a HR team/generalist role.
- Ideally able to commence employment at short notice, although candidates on 1 month's notice are also encouraged to apply.
