About the Role:
The Apprenticeship Performance Manager will oversee the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience. Key duties include:
• Managing a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets.
• Achieving targets for learner success, recruitment, and progression.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines.
• Coaching Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals.
• Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth.
• Overseeing the delivery of functional skills in maths and English.
• Conducting regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations.
• Experience leading a team of Assessors or Tutors.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
