DXP Talent are recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer to join an established Client in the Guildford area.
Working as part of a close knit, busy team, the 2nd Line Engineering will be responsible for resolving escalations from the 1st Line Team, supporting customers with ongoing technical issues, building, configuring and updating new and existing hardware and going out on site visits to customers where required (company vehicles available)
This is a busy environment and would ideally suit someone with an MSP background and ideally 5+ years experience within IT Support.
Essential:
- Windows 10/11 support/build experience
- O365 (AD, Teams, Exchange etc)
- Mobile Phone support and management
- Local Network support (LAN/WAN/TCPIP)
- Ability to fault find and diagnose technical issues
Due to the nature of Customer site visits, candidates must hold a valid Driving Licence (visits are carried out in Company vehicles)
This role is onsite 5 days a week so candidates should be commutable to Guildford - there is parking available if required.
