Job role: Refrigeration Support Manager - Guildford
About them; This client is a leading distributor of HVAC products; they started off as a small business and have successfully grown into a 30-million-pound group that is known within the industry for their quality of service. Although they are now a large group, they have not forgotten what got them there and still operate on a no red tape basis, anyone can have an impact in the business and they pride themselves that all voices are heard. They are in the process of some fantastic growth plans and have a key requirement for a refrigeration support manager, this role is all about technical knowledge, you will be helping clients with queries regarding parts for refrigeration units as well as assisting the sales team in more technical pitches.
Salary: 45 - 65k depending on experience
The successful Refrigeration Application Manager will be:
- Refrigeration Support Manager will be providing technical knowledge to the whole business regarding refrigeration and cold room products.
- Refrigeration Support Manager will be answering in bound technical calls from commercial/Industrial customers, providing knowledge on any refrigeration and Chiller / cold systems queries they may have.
- Refrigeration Support Manager will be providing support to the sales team and occasionally go out to client visits to provide the extra technical support so you can best advise what HVACR systems and brand best suites there need.
- Refrigeration Support Manager is also responsible for providing technical advice to engineers/Contractor installers. Helping them resolve challenging issues on HVAC products
- Refrigeration Support Manager will also be involved in the training process of the technical sales team, helping them sell HVACR products, specifically Refrigeration parts and systems / cold room products.
To be successful as the Refrigeration Support Manager you will need;
- Refrigeration Support Manager will need previous experiences working on cold room or refrigeration systems.
- Refrigeration Support Manager will need product knowledge on HVACR manufacturers such as Hair, Hitachi, Optima, LG
- Refrigeration Support Manager will need great knowledge on the workings of cold room and refrigeration; OEM components, service components and units
- Refrigeration Support Manager will ideally have on the tools experience or come from a technical background such as an engineering position
- Refrigeration Support Manager will ideally have experience in client/supplier liaison
- If you are a HVACR engineer who has some off the tools experience with clients or internal support, we would also like to see your CV
