Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to hire an experience Linux Engineer / Systems Administrator.

Knowledge and experience of Apache essential as well as a broad knowledge of UNIX/Linux platforms and operating system fundamentals.

Suitable candidates will also have a basic knowledge of Network related technologies and Load Balancers, specifically F5.

Engagement is via umbrella company only.

Skills and Experiences Required

• Apache
• Understanding of cloud concepts AWS or Azure
• Ability to effectively manage a large server estate including configuration management & large-scale automation
• ITIL concepts
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP Networking concepts
• Knowledge of Puppet or Ansible
• x86 virtualisation, ideally VMware)
