About the Role
As a Senior/Principal Building Physics Consultant, you will:

Provide expert advice on building physics services, including thermal comfort, overheating analysis, building regulations compliance, SAP/SBEM, energy strategies, and more.
Collaborate with design teams on innovative, high-profile projects.
Prepare detailed, high-quality client reports.
Manage key client accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience in construction-related fields (e.g., surveying, sustainability consultancy, architecture).
A relevant degree in engineering, physics, sustainability, or related fields.
Proficiency in industry tools like IES VE, AutoCAD, and CFD, as well as daylight and energy modeling software.
Familiarity with UK building regulations, GLA planning requirements, and operational energy modeling.
