Our client, a specialist insurance intermediary in the world of insure-tech, has an exciting opportunity for an energetic person who wants to develop their career in the insurance sector.
Due to rapid expansion, they are an ambitious digital insurance company seeking to enhance that further.
Looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join their sales & renewals team and drive sales to hit targets, ideally with some working knowledge within a broking environment.
You will support the firm’s goals by dedicating your working hours to maximising the conversion of any enquiry into a sale by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, customer service and communication skills.
In return, you will be provided with training on sales techniques along with full training on all of the products that you would be expected to sell. Your working hours are divided into shift patterns- 8:30 am- 6:30 pm, 9 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 4 pm. You will also undertake training and testing on general insurance knowledge to help you develop and ensure we remain compliant.

Key Tasks:
- Taking incoming enquiries and transferring them into sales.
- Dealing with customer requests in a polite and efficient manner
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the firm’s own procedures and FCA regulations including the firm’s policy of treating customers fairly (TCF).
- Maintaining customer records accurately and securely, in accordance with firm’s own record keeping requirements and following data protection law.
- Working towards Key Performance Indicators.
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE standards including Maths and English.
- Has undertaken (or is willing to undertake) relevant sales and insurance training.
- Good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
