About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Application Support Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will be crucial in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA systems, supporting end-users, and managing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP S/4HANA System Support - Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system availability.
  • Incident & Problem Management - Handle SAP Basis administration, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.
  • System Maintenance & Upgrades - Perform patching, upgrades, and system optimizations to maintain stability.
  • User Support & Training - Act as the main point of contact for SAP-related queries and provide training as needed.
  • Collaboration & Improvement - Work closely with IT teams & business stakeholders to enhance SAP functionality and integrate improvements.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA application support & Basis administration
  • Expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring
  • Experience with system monitoring tools & optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of cloud-based SAP environments (AWS/Azure)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes & change management
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering industries
  • Knowledge of SAP Security, authorizations, and compliance best practices
  • Familiarity with SAP integration tools (SAP PO/PI, CPI)
