Our client is a long standing and organically growing organisation that specialises in audio-visual design, installation and service across reputable venues, historic locations and public spaces. This is a new role for the business to support their growing portfolio of installed solutions, with opportunities to upskill and gain recognition as a reputable technical service manager within the sector.
Your role as an Audio Visual Technical Service Manager will Include:
* Management of service level agreements and time & materials
* Direct client liaison, decision making and delegation for AV service duties
* Line management responsibilities for audio visual service technicians
The successful Audio Visual Technical Service Manager will need:
* Corporate communication skills and a personable attitude
* Knowledge of audio-visual solutions for install and integration projects
* Demonstrable professional technical experience in AV integration or installation
