Are you an experienced administrator with a keen interest in tax and finance? TPF Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a dynamic team providing exceptional services to individual, private, and corporate clients.

Job Purpose: As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the team with a variety of administrative and finance tasks. Your role will involve liaising with tax authorities, overseas partners, and clients daily, ensuring the smooth running of compliance services. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the team
  • Onboard clients to systems, including conducting AML checks
  • Handle daily post, scanning, saving, and distributing to relevant team members
  • Prepare standard HMRC letters and package/upload tax returns to client portals
  • Support Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners with US tax-related tasks
  • Administer Xero, including raising invoices, issuing estimates, and processing retainer payments
  • Handle external adviser/supplier invoices and manage client payments
  • Chase overdue client payments, issue statements, and assist with payment instructions
  • Deposit client payments into the bank and update client/supplier details
  • Assist with global billing coordination and manage client/supplier lists
Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong administrative experience in a similar role, ideally within tax and finance.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to offer excellent customer service.
  • Experience using systems such as Glide, CCH, and Xero would be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Benefits

Salary: c.£30,000 full time equivalent.
