Are you passionate about servicing clients and colleagues well on a daily basis? Do you have previous experience working with projects and happy supporting management? Our client based in Guildford are looking for an Investor Administrator to join their team!

The Investor Administrator will:
Process administrative activities
Deal with new business and servicing clients
Perform all key administration duties
Monitor receipt of stock and cash
Deal with balances to make sure they are in line with expectations
Monitor, re-allocate and escalate any issues to make sure the SLAs are met
Answer customer and adviser queries
Monitor outstanding queries to a satisfactory completion
Maintain accurate client and adviser records
Prepare and dispatch welcome letters
Be responsible for other correspondence timely and accurately and in line with SLAs
Understand the rules and regulations
Support any other general activities that may be required from time to time


The Investor Administrator will:
Have an understanding of funds or models
Be confident with core client journeys
Maintain good problem solving skills and be able to change processes
Work with confidence on the telephone and via email
Have a good understanding of wealth management
Have worked within a similar role previously
Work well under pressure and be organized
