Role Overview

As an Investor Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting new business, and maintaining excellent service standards. You'll be responsible for core administrative tasks and client interactions, from managing stock and cash receipts to ensuring accurate and timely client communication. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute all key administrative duties accurately and efficiently
  • Handle new business processes, client inquiries, and ensure all customer interactions meet high service standards
  • Oversee stock and cash receipts, ensuring all balances align with company expectations.
  • Proactively monitor and escalate any service issues to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Address and follow up on client and adviser queries to ensure satisfactory completion
  • Maintain up-to-date client and adviser records with accuracy
  • Prepare and dispatch welcome letters and handle other correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
  • Stay informed on relevant rules and regulations, ensuring adherence in all tasks
  • Provide additional support for projects or tasks as needed

Experience Ideally Required:

  • Graduate/A Level Education
  • Confident in managing core client journeys, both on the phone and via email.
  • Ability to evaluate and adjust processes to improve outcomes.
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on client servicing and administration.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, staying organized and attentive to detail.
  • Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel
