Landscape Architect Job in Guildford, Surrey

Our client is a successful architectural practice that has a Senior Landscape Architect job available from its new Guildford office. The role would offer the opportunity to join a growing practice working on a range of residential development projects

Based in the city centre, the practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years. They now work with several of the largest names in residential development in the UK to one-off bespoke homes. Due to several new projects, they are now seeking a Landscape Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Landscape Director in delivering landscape planning and design projects
  • Creating landscape design drawings, such as masterplans, hard and soft landscape details, and technical drawings
  • Conducting site visits and capturing site photography
  • Producing baseline plans related to LVIA
  • Preparing or contributing to reports and written materials, including landscape assessments and Design and Access Statements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working on landscape projects

  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow as a professional

  • Blend of design creativity and technical expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite.
