Salary: £25k - £40k DOE and skills

The Landscaping Consultants Ltd (TLC) is a multi award-winning landscaping company based in Guildford and accredited by BALI. We work on projects across Surrey and surrounding areas. Our focus is on creating beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces that last.

We care deeply about customer service and communication. Our goal is to provide a smooth landscaping experience, from the first enquiry to the finished garden.

TLC is growing fast, and we are looking for Landscapers of All Levels to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude. You should be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. Attention to detail and some experience in all areas of landscape construction would be preferable.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working hard outdoors and is excited about joining a fast-growing company. If you're passionate about building outdoor spaces and enjoy working in a busy, dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience or qualifications in landscaping (preferable not essential)
Preferable skills and knowledge in:
Laying all types of paving
Blockwork and brickwork
Building decking and fencing
Understanding design drawings
Planting shrubs and trees
Good problem-solving skills
Awareness of health & safety guidelines

Other Requirements:

Full UK driving licence CSCS card (preferred)
