Your responsibilities:
- manage your own caseload of mixed corporate matters, taking the lead on transactions suited to your experience
- support the Partners on the more complex matters that they are instructed on
- support and mentor younger staff members
This position will offer you an excellent opportunity for further professional growth and development. You will receive extensive mentoring and support from the Partners in the team as you carve out your reputation as an expert in this area and progress towards a position of greater responsibility within the team.
Who we are looking for:
- Qualified solicitor or Legal executive with experience in corporate law
- Between 2-6 PQE experience
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
