Known for its collaborative and supportive culture, the team is recognized by leading legal directories as one of the strongest practices outside London. The department comprises six partners and thirteen lawyers, supported by PSLs, paralegals, and a range of online resources.About the Team and Work:This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-quality real estate work, with expertise across:
- Development
- Investment
- Corporate Occupiers (including retail, office, and industrial sectors)
- Banking
The team represents mid-tier businesses, household-name PLCs, international groups, and high-net-worth private clients, providing an exciting and varied caseload. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple partners, handle cases independently when needed, and participate in both small and larger teams on complex matters.Qualifications and Experience:Ideal candidates will have:
- 1-3 years PQE, ideally from a major City or reputable national/regional practice
- Strong academic background
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- A proactive, business development-focused mindset, with the desire to build client relationships and make a lasting impact
