My client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their team in Guildford, West Surrey.

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of PQE with an in-depth technical experience of a full range of cases such as General and Commercial litigation, Property and Boundary disputes, Leasehold and contract disputes, Contentious Trusts and Probate, Employer and employee disputes.

Being able to run your own files is essential, as well as being able to display good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good business development and networking skills are also useful to contribute to the department’s continued growth.

You will be working as part of a dedicated and friendly team across all of their offices. With their supportive and encouraging work culture, there are opportunities for progression within the firm.

Please note this position does not involve dealing with personal injury and medical negligence work.
