Job Opportunity: Newly Qualified Solicitor – Dispute Resolution (Family Law)

Location: Guildford

Overview:

We are working with an award winning Legal 100 firm with offices across the South East, to recruit a qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution Family Group in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a recognised family law team, handling a diverse range of cases including divorce, financial disputes and child custody matters. You will support Partners and Associates on complex cases and play an active role in developing the department.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

  • Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) with experience in family law
  • Familiarity with divorce, matrimonial finance disputes, pre-nuptial agreements and Children Act matters

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of family law and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal information clearly
  • Ability to manage your own caseload under supervision and meet fee targets
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Client-focused with strong client relationship management abilities
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to supporting Associates and Partners
