It offers a comprehensive range of services, from personal wealth management and estate planning to international tax structuring and contentious trusts and estates.The team consists of traditional private client lawyers as well as specialist advisors in:
- Domestic estate planning
- International tax & structuring
- Contentious trusts & estates
- Charity matters
- Court of Protection & deputyship work
It has received multiple industry accolades, including recognition in the ePrivateclient Top Law Firms rankings and Citywealth Future Leaders awards.The RoleThe successful candidate will be an Associate-level Private Client Solicitor with experience in domestic trust and tax matters. They will manage a varied caseload and work closely with high-net-worth individuals and business owners on complex estate planning and tax matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on wealth management, UK tax planning, and asset protection
- Handling a caseload of trust and estate planning matters
- Providing guidance on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and estate administration
- Collaborating with specialist advisors and other practice areas to offer a holistic service
- Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in private client law, particularly in domestic trust and tax matters
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A client-focused and proactive approach
- A commitment to continuous professional development, with access to mentoring and knowledge support
