I’m currently working with a well-respected law firm in Guildford that's on the lookout for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their busy and collaborative team.They’re known for high-quality work, long-standing client relationships, and a culture that genuinely supports growth and flexibility.What you’ll be doing:
  • Running a varied caseload of residential property matters – think sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages
  • Guiding clients through the process with clear, expert legal advice from start to finish
  • Carrying out all the key checks – including reviewing titles, conducting searches, and spotting any red flags early on
  • Drafting and reviewing key documents like contracts and leases
  • Keeping communication flowing between clients, agents, lenders and anyone else involved to keep things on track
  • Tackling more technical issues as they crop up and finding practical solutions
  • Staying current with property law updates to give the best service possible
  • Ensuring everything you do is in line with professional and regulatory standards
