Following the strategic hire of a City partner into their Guilford office, the team are seeking an experienced and driven Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor to bolster their Guildford office. About the RoleThe successful candidate will work on a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including:
- Advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, and corporate clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues.
- Handling corporate restructurings, administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements.
- Providing expert legal advice on director responsibilities and liability in financial distress situations.
- Managing and resolving insolvency-related disputes.
Qualifications and ExperienceThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with:
- 2+ years of PQE in insolvency and restructuring.
- Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commercial mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
