Our Client a Top 100 Law Firm located in Guildford are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Dispute Resolution department.
Thier Commercial Dispute team at specialises in resolving a diverse range of commercial conflicts. They provide expert advice on matters such as breach of contract, professional negligence, partnership disputes, and debt recovery.
Core duties will include the following:
- Administer files, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving per firm procedures.
- Accurately record information in the practice management system as provided by fee earners.
- Draft letters, documents, and forms, using dictation.
- Manage daily diaries for themselves and colleagues, tracking key dates and follow-ups.
- Oversee the Departments secretarial support team, ensuring efficient, high-quality support for Solicitors and the broader team.
- Coordinate work across the secretarial team, managing resources to cover absences, high workloads, and future needs.
