I’m working with a friendly, well-established law firm in Guildford that’s looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team. They need someone with solid experience in commercial property – this isn’t a training role, so you'll need to hit the ground running.You’ll be supporting senior fee earners on a mix of matters – leases, sales, purchases, Land Registry work – and be a key part of the team.What They’re Looking For:
  • Hands-on experience in commercial property work – this is essential.
  • Comfortable drafting documents, dealing with agents/clients, and managing your own tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
  • A confident communicator who’s happy working as part of a close-knit team.
