We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join my clients Private Client team. This role offers the opportunity to support fee earners in delivering high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring smooth case management and excellent client care.
Duties:- Assisting the team with closing files relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate applications.
- Conducting legal research and preparing documents.
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals to gather necessary information.
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents under supervision.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Transcribing of dictation files
- Previous experience in Private Client law is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A legal qualification is essential
