We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join my clients Private Client team. This role offers the opportunity to support fee earners in delivering high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring smooth case management and excellent client care.

Duties:
  • Assisting the team with closing files relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate applications.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing documents.
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals to gather necessary information.
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents under supervision.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Transcribing of dictation files
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Private Client law is preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A legal qualification is essential
