Our client, based in the Greater Guildford area, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Licensing Administrator for a temporary role lasting 8 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with the potential for extension or a permanent position, depending on performance. The role will require the candidate to manage and organise a range of administrative and operational tasks, with a focus on sales orders, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices, stock management, and order bookings. Due to the location of the office, driving will be required.
Licensing Administrator - About the role:
- Manage and organise sales orders and purchase orders.
- Oversee the goods in and goods receipts processes.
- Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate order bookings and maintain clear records.
- Handle stock management and ensure inventory records are up to date.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and operational procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers for smooth operations.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
The successful Licensing Administrator will have:
- Proven experience in an administrative or logistics role (preferably within a licensing environment).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Driving license required due to the location of the client.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
Contract Type: Temporary (8 weeks, with opportunity to extend or go permanent)
Hours: 32 hours per week, 4 days per week
