Your Company:The NET Recruit team are proud to share an excellent opportunity that has become available within a services company, located in the Guildford area, for a Senior Administrator & Customer Liaison professional to join their bustling team. This company have developed a revolutionary service, which is shaping the future of the sector in which they operate, allowing them to be a market leader and highly successful.This role will be a key part of the success of the business, with the position holder supporting important processes and operations across the team to ensure that these are executed seamlessly. The person in this position will get to explore a dynamic blend of administrative and client facing duties, thus presenting and interesting position.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Providing an effective administration service for the business, supporting multiple internal teams and customers and coordinating the seamless operation of office processes
  • Handling data entry and reporting as needed across the business
  • Supporting the client teams with any help they require, in delivery excellent customer service to the clients, acting as a point of contact for customer queries and supporting on product related enquiries
  • Providing administrative support for projects and business initiatives which can include reporting, project tracking and organising meetings
  • Maintaining and updating all client and business data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
What You Will Need To Apply:For this role, the ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with a clear background supporting office environments within internal and client facing roles. You'll be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form. Additionally, you'll need to be computer savvy and have an aptitude for picking up new software and systems to adjust to this role quickly. The company wish for a proactive individual who can take initiative and isn't afraid to ask questions.What You Will Get In Return:For the successful candidate, a salary in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 is on offer, which will be highly dependent on previous experience, knowledge and skills. There will be a strong benefits package attached to this including pension, holiday and further perks and rewards.This role can be worked in a hybrid capacity, upon the completion of the training and probationary period. There will be a comprehensive training program provided, that will equip the position holder with excellent skills and knowledge for the role.
