As Hardware Engineering Manager, youll lead a small but growing team of experienced engineers working across high-speed digital design, board development, and system integration. You'll oversee the development of complex, high-performance embedded hardware systemsdriving projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and into deployment.

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in high-speed digital hardware design for complex embedded systems
• Strong background in schematic capture, PCB layout (multi-layer), and system-level integration
• Experience leading hardware development projects and mentoring engineers
• Familiarity with signal integrity, power integrity, and bring-up/debug of digital systems
• Comfortable working across teams including firmware, systems, and mechanical

Space industry experience is not requiredbut curiosity, adaptability, and a builders mindset are.
