Our client is a fantastic business based in Guildford and they are looking to recruit a part-time operations administrator to support the team through a busy period over Summer, the assignment will be until the end of September! This role sits in the operations team and will be supporting with customer order processing and communicating with customers.
Duties:
- Provide full administrative support to the team
- Processing customer orders, which includes creating sales orders and purchase orders
- Handling customer calls and responding to emails
- Dealing with suppliers
- Being first point of contact for clients in the office
- Ordering of office supplies
Requirements:
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally some previous office experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools
- Work well as part of a team
