Location: Guildford (Thames Water region)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + package


Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Join a Principal Contractor working on critical projects for Thames Water. Based within the Thames Water region, you'll play a key role in managing and leading site operations to ensure safety, quality, programme, and budget targets are met.

As a Site Manager, you'll report directly to the Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager and will take charge of coordinating the on-site team, ensuring all operational activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and supervise the site team to deliver projects on time and within budget
·Ensure works are completed with minimal disruption to local communities and the travelling public
·Promote cost-effective management through efficient use of resources
·Prepare, review, and update project programmes to ensure timely delivery
·Oversee the preparation and review of method statements and risk assessments
·Ensure all "as-constructed" records are provided for inclusion in the Health and Safety file
·Attend necessary training for site management duties, including temporary works and appointed person courses

About You:
·Recognised Civil Engineering or Site Management qualifications
·Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
·CSCS Site Manager (minimum)
·First Aid at Work certification
·Experience in the water or wastewater treatment industry
