Great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant, you will provide general support and administration within the clients Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities as Marketing Assistant:

• To work with the Marketing team to set up and develop relevant content for the clients social media schedules on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure online reputation management through the monitoring of all social media channels and relevant review sites.
• Liaise with the Marketing Manager in the setting up of relevant reports for all of the clients enquiries and digital activity and the monitoring and evaluation of these reports.
• Work with the Marketing team in developing new Marketing initiatives for the clients brand and the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of these initiatives.
• To work with the Marketing team and relevant external agencies to direct positive traffic to the clients website and monitor the conversion of this traffic.
• Manage any print requirements and to ensure all relevant company literature is kept up to date.
• Ensure Marketing projects are implemented in a timely fashion as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure reporting of customer feedback and ISO monitoring is updated and reported on each month for presentation to the Marketing Manager.
• Monitor all Marketing telephones and e-mails to ensure any enquiries are channelled to the right department.
• Ensure customer survey submissions are uploaded to the clients CRM system.
• Upload all canvassing from Twenty Ci to both Geminis Printing and the clients CRM system.
• Ensure compliance of oneself with the Health & Safety at Work Act etc. 1974 along with defined quality system policy and procedures in accordance with ISO9002.
• Any other duties as may be requested by the Marketing Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Marketing experience
• Great communication skills
• Telephone manner
• Social media experience
