Marketing Executive

Our fantastic client is seeking a forward thinking and proactive Marketing Executive to support a fast-growing global business. You'll be taking on this pivotal role to generate new business communications and manage inbound and outbound marketing efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a strong foundation in marketing and a keen interest in analytics and creativity.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all inbound enquiries and lead nurturing using HubSpot
  • Create content-driven campaigns to attract potential clients (e.g., content downloads, lead magnets) and softly engage them.
  • Work with the wider team to develop strategies for lead engagement.
  • Track client needs and provide valuable insights to enhance the client experience.
  • Lead outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-value prospects globally, particularly in the US.
  • Develop a strategic prospecting campaign for a pre-identified client list, focusing on building and nurturing relationships.
  • Utilise tools like Excel, Lead Forensics, Lead Feeder, and LinkedIn to identify, engage, and convert leads.
  • Implement LinkedIn and advertised campaigns to reach target clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with internal and BD teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business development objectives.
  • Set clear KPIs, track deliverables, and continuously optimise performance based on analytical insights.
  • Create data-driven strategies and present them to the team and leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reports on campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Design and oversee video, written content, and other creative assets, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy (you won't be executing the content yourself but overseeing the strategy).
  • Develop conversation-starters and assets to engage prospects at key touchpoints.
  • Lead event-based marketing strategies for client and prospect events, round tables, webinars, and in-person meetings.
  • Be present at key events, acting as a first point of contact for marketing queries and managing follow-up communications.

Key Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven marketing experience (in-house or agency) with a strong grasp of both creative and analytical marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience managing CRM systems like HubSpot, or similar, to track leads, nurture relationships, and manage campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs, and driving insights for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Lead Feeder, Lead Forensics, and LinkedIn Ads would be highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, paired with the initiative to push forward new ideas.
