This company are a building performance and energy consultancy who specialise in helping residential and commercial properties create low-energy buildings. In this role the successful candidate will lead and take full responsibility for the M+E team where they will oversee and manage numerous high profiles projects for the company. They will need to keep excellent levels of communication with clients and directly manage numerous design staff. Remote working is available with fortnightly travel to Guildford required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within the building services sector and will have worked for a consultancy. They will hold a degree in building services or engineering and have been client facing before. They must also be happy to commute to Guildford at least once a fortnight.
