Senior Air Conditioning Engineer required in the Surrey & Hampshire area for our client, a leading local HVAC company in the Surrey & Hampshire that was formed 30 years years ago.
They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment. My client provides a bespoke service tailored to each of client's needs. They work from single-unit homes, offices, shops and restaurants through to multi-split, complex systems for public buildings, large residential homes or commercial spaces.
Senior Air Conditioning Engineer Salary & Benefits- Basic Salary £45,000+ DOE
- Company Van or Car- Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- 40 hour working week

- 20 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.

Senior Air Conditioning Engineers must hold strong technical ability & knowledge on a variety of HVAC equipment. The Senior Engineer will be tasked with more complex remedial tasks & will also provide technical support & training to the company's more junior engineers. This role will have aspect of provide quotes/estimating on small work. Overtime this role will grow into 50-50% hybrid role on and off the tools.
Senior Air Conditioning Engineer Job Requirements- Advantageous to have a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
- 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
- Full Driving Licence
- Experience with full turnkey solution service offering
- Have provided technical support to client and engineers
- Have provided quotes/estimates on small work projects across Domestic & Commercial
- Supervisory experience
- Live in and around SL, GU, KT postcodes
