Service Engineer

Service engineer required for a provider of communication and security solutions. There are 2 vacancies for this position, one covering the north of the UK and one covering the south. The successful candidate will need a full UK driving licence, fundamental IT network knowledge and be prepared to work away from home for short periods.

• Support the company's sales team and diverse customer base that ranges from small businesses to large global organisations
• The full delivery of radio communication, along with other complimentary security and technology products
• Equipment demonstrations, delivery of products and services, and ongoing maintenance and support post commissioning
• Provide short term hire systems and support services to large festivals, sporting events, stadiums and entertainment venues, which will require an element of flexible working during the week and weekends

• Full UK driving license
• Security Clearance desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge and experience working with RF devices.
• Fundamental IT network knowledge desirable.
• Knowledge and experience of working on large projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the following manufacturers' equipment would be an advantage:

Motorola, Hytera, Icom, Kirisun, Caltta.

• Salary of 35,000 to 40,000.00 per annum dependent upon experience, reviewed annually.
• Company van & fuel card (with private use) provided upon successful completion of probation period.
