Are you a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager with a passion for early childhood education and a track record of success? An exciting opportunity awaits you at Busy Bees Guildford Hospital where our nurturing environment and innovative curriculum support children in becoming curious, confident learners ready for school!

About the Role:

This is a unique time to join Busy Bees as we launch our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to ignite curiosity and confidence in young learners. Guildford Hospital offers a warm, family-oriented environment with many long-serving staff members. The nursery is conveniently located opposite the Royal Surrey Hospital, close to the Research Park and Surrey Sports Centre, with excellent transport links and a private car park for staff.

Our nursery is all on one floor, with four spacious rooms tailored to each age group from 6 months to 5 years. Each room has direct access to its own dedicated garden, providing a safe and enriching outdoor space to support children’s learning and development.

Plus, we’re thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with BBC Children in Need, with exciting opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to make a difference in children’s lives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on high-quality childcare
