After 12 years of service, the Office Administrator has retired and this small friendly team are looking for a fun, dynamic replacement.

As the first customer contact for the company the Office Administrator will need to ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered in a professional manner, then transferred or dealt with effectively. This will normally involve some screening and information gathering from not only English speaking customers, but quite a considerable number of customers whose first language is not English but who do speak some basic English, so accurate message taking is a must. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to various administrative duties.

Other tasks of the Office Administrator include:

  • Creation and issuing of customer Licence Agreements, T&C's and Authorised User forms
  • Customer file and record management
  • Customer licence and site reporting
  • Overseeing and updating the GDPR policies and practices
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
  • Updating the tradeshow giveaway inventory
  • Ordering office supplies and distributing them accordingly
  • Printing user manuals
  • Postage
  • Weekly fire alarm testing when Office Manager is away
  • Monthly reporting to Directors
  • Updating Directors on LOS anniversaries
