We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator to join our team at a dedicated charity. This part-time role encompasses a blend of facilities management, HR support, training support, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling to multiple sites to perform essential maintenance checks alongside office-based tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Travel to five different sites weekly to test fire alarms and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support across various departments including HR and training.
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of training sessions.
  • Manage and maintain records and filing systems to support efficient office operations.
  • Handle correspondence and queries effectively.
  • Support HR functions such as scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Assist in the upkeep of office facilities and liaise with external contractors and service providers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel between sites efficiently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
