Our client based in Guildford are seeking a Sales Support Administrator, to support their busy sales teams with requests. As a Sales Support Temp your mission is to support sites by ensuring timely assessment of customer requests, customer detail checks and help customers with queries and putting together contracts.
Duties:
- Building relationships with other sites sending through customer requests
- Processing requests in line with company policy ensuring information is accurate
- Always ensure excellent customer service
- Manage complaints and direct to relevant person
- Ensure documentation held on file is accurate
- Use the database and internal system to input data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales environment
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building relationships with customers
- Available immediately to start a new role
