The Role:

Reactive and PPM across the region including AHU's, Plumbing, Pipework, Water Managementand Plant Rooms.
Keep clients informed of developments and maintain detailed records of activities.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

Level 2 Plumbing/Mechanical
Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
