We are seeking Aspiring Primary School Teacher's to join supportive and vibrant primary school's in the Guildford area as Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants. This is a full-time role, perfect for graduates or career changers looking to build hands-on experience in a nurturing school environment.
The Role:- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Working with small groups or one-to-one to support pupils with their learning.
- Gaining firsthand experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
- Assisting with creative activities and fostering a positive learning environment.
- A fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience ahead of pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.
- Potential for the school to support you through a teacher training programme.

- A degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
