Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Primary Teacher to join our new, robust, and innovative team of dedicated teachers. This role is ideal for an individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of secondary-aged pupils working at a primary level and has experience in Upper KS2.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for Upper KS2 pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of small class sizes.

Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing targeted support to help them achieve their full potential.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes pupils' well-being and success.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school.

Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupils' learning and development.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Upper KS2.

Proven track record of delivering excellent results and improving pupil outcomes.

Strong knowledge of SEMH needs and effective strategies for supporting pupils.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
