The Role:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Primary School Teacher to join our passionate teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher, or an NQT seeking to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative setting. You will be responsible for delivering the Year 4 curriculum, ensuring that students receive a high standard of education, and maintaining a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of pupils, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
  • Work closely with other teachers and staff members to develop a cohesive and effective teaching approach.
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally within Key Stage 2
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
